4th floor loft located in heart of SOHO

The venue

This SOHO Loft is is ideal for corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, private intimate dinners as well as product launches, birthday parties, tv commercials, movie locations and photoshoots. The loft could be tied in with our others loft spaces also located in the same building. For larger events where additional meeting or event space or back of house is needed. Please see attached links. The main event space has projector, AV and microphones (additional fee). The loft comes fully furnished with furniture pictured. Some or all the furniture could be moved around or moved into storage. There is a small built out kitchen, coffee cafe bar as well as several conference rooms throughout. This loft could be rented independently or combined with the 5th floor. The two loft spaces are connected via internal staircase. Please inquire for your specific event to discuss rates. Depending on the kind of rental our locations have exclusive vendors such as lighting/AV, catering, security , fireguards, cleaning.
