The venue

Our warehouse is a century-old industrial warehouse venue in Brooklyn designed for events, photo shoots, film productions, and creative gatherings. The space combines raw character with flexible functionality, featuring exposed brick walls, steel columns, concrete floors, and high ceilings that create a dramatic yet adaptable backdrop for a wide range of uses. The venue offers approximately 4,300 square feet of usable space including one large warehouse floor, two smaller supporting rooms, five bathrooms, and additional storage areas. The main warehouse (about 3,230 sq ft) is triangular in shape and features a TV wall with a customizable video and still image capability, wooden stage, an unstocked brick bar, and a historic freight elevator door that serves as a striking visual centerpiece. Movable set pieces such as mannequins, a clawfoot tub, lighting accents, and vintage furniture are available to help shape the atmosphere of your event or production. A backstage room provides additional prep space, while a large entry hall and a secondary stairwell with skylight allow for flexible guest flow and staging. The space works well for productions, performances, private events, fashion presentations, and immersive experiences that benefit from an industrial New York aesthetic. Lighting options include adjustable RGB spotlights and tube lights provided with every booking, plus fluorescent house lighting from the ceiling. The venue is equipped with strong electrical infrastructure, high-speed WiFi, and a new central HVAC system for year-round comfort. The space currently accommodates events up to 120 guests. Audio levels are managed through a venue sound policy to balance atmosphere with neighborhood considerations. Medium and larger gatherings require event insurance and venue-arranged security staffing. Multi-day productions and installations are welcome. Equipment and set hold options may be available depending on scheduling impact, and short-term storage can often be arranged when it does not interfere with other bookings. Located two blocks from the Halsey J train station at the crossroads of Bushwick, Bedford-Stuyvesant, and Ocean Hill, the venue is easily accessible for guests, crews, and vendors. The space is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs only (no wheelchair access). Hours may be available 24/7 depending on schedule and staffing.
