This flexible 5,000-square-foot venue in Midtown Manhattan is designed for brand activations, corporate events, product launches, panel discussions, networking events, fashion pop-ups, creator gatherings, and other branded experiences. The venue features a spacious open event area that can be adapted for a variety of layouts and programming. It has previously hosted TikTok matchmaking events, brand launches, panel discussions, fashion pop-ups, and other brand- and community-focused activations. A key feature of the space is its collection of customizable display shelving and freestanding display units. These can be configured for products, merchandise, samples, sponsor displays, signage, branded installations, or promotional materials, allowing organizers to create a customized environment around a specific campaign or experience. The venue also includes numerous televisions on movable stands that can be positioned throughout the space. Screens can be customized with branded visuals, campaign content, product videos, sponsor materials, event schedules, presentations, or coordinated multi-screen content. A large built-in LED screen provides an additional focal point for presentations, launches, panels, and visual programming. Freight access is also available for larger deliveries, displays, production equipment, and event installations and must be scheduled in advance. The rental includes designated open event areas only. Private offices, workstations, and restricted rooms are not included.
