Hell's Kitchen is the bar and lounge neighbourhood. Cocktail bars, restaurant lounges, arcades, music studios and penthouses make up most of what we list here, which makes it the natural fit for a party, an after-party, a launch or anything where the room should already feel like a night out rather than needing to be dressed into one.

It is also the largest-capacity west-side option in our catalog outside the Brooklyn warehouses. Listings here reach eight hundred guests at the top end, with average floor space around four thousand square feet, and hourly rates from about $85 to $2,000. The industrial spaces along the far west blocks are the ones that carry the big numbers.

The theatre district is the practical draw. If your event is before or after a show, or your guests are staying in Midtown West hotels, Hell's Kitchen removes the transit problem entirely — and unlike most of Midtown, the neighbourhood stays open late.
