NoMad is small, central and consistent. Our listings here are bars and lounges, event venues, meeting rooms and rooftops, averaging under two thousand square feet with capacity from thirty to two hundred, at $200 to $1,750 an hour.

The rooftops are the reason planners come here. NoMad sits in the gap between the Midtown towers and the low-rise Flatiron blocks, which means roof access with an actual skyline rather than a view of the next building — and the hotel bars along Broadway and Fifth come with service and a drinks programme already running.

It is a strong choice for cocktail receptions, launches and summer parties in the sixty-to-a-hundred-and-fifty range. Above that, look at Chelsea or the Financial District — NoMad's rooms are good but they are not large.
