Booking an event space in Greenpoint
Greenpoint is where the big rooms are. Average floor space across our Greenpoint listings is over nine thousand square feet, the highest of any neighbourhood on the site, and capacity reaches fourteen hundred guests. The inventory is warehouses, film and production studios, event lofts, theatres and live/work spaces — industrial buildings that were never subdivided and never converted to residential.
That makes it the default answer for anything that does not fit in Manhattan: large productions, multi-room events, builds that need a truck and a load-in dock, and parties whose guest list ran away from the organiser. Rates run from about $350 an hour to $2,500, which is a fraction of what comparable square footage costs across the river.
The trade-off is transit. Greenpoint is served by the G and the L and is genuinely awkward to reach from most of Manhattan, so budget for car services or plan around it. In exchange you get freight access, parking, and neighbours who are mostly other industrial tenants rather than people trying to sleep.
