Booking an event space in The Flatiron District

The Flatiron District is the production neighbourhood. Alongside the event lofts and penthouses, the catalog here holds daylight studios and cyclorama spaces — purpose-built shooting rooms with seamless coved walls, blackout capability and rigging — which barely appear anywhere else in our inventory. If you are casting, shooting stills or running a content day, this is where to look first.

It is also the most consistently priced neighbourhood on the site. Flatiron listings cluster between roughly $400 and $2,000 an hour with far less spread than SoHo or Chelsea, at capacities from thirty-five up to a few hundred. You are paying for centrality and for rooms that are already equipped, rather than for a view or a name.

The location is the argument. Broadway, Fifth and Park Avenue South converge here, Madison Square Park is the front yard, and almost every subway line is a short walk — which matters more than it sounds when you are asking eighty people from four boroughs to arrive at the same time on a weeknight.
