Booking an event space in Financial District
The Financial District has the largest average floor space of any Manhattan neighbourhood in our catalog — close to ten thousand square feet — at rates from about $50 an hour to $1,150, holding fifty to five hundred and fifty guests. Those two facts together make it the best square-footage-per-dollar in Manhattan by a wide margin.

The neighbourhood's quietness cuts both ways. Weekday evenings and weekends it empties, which means easy load-in, available parking and no noise complaints — but also that guests will not find much nearby unless you programme it. Transit is excellent: nearly every line converges within a few blocks of Fulton.
