Tribeca is loft territory of a particular kind: bigger, quieter and more finished than SoHo, in converted warehouse buildings with heavy timber, high ceilings and freight elevators that were built to carry actual freight. Our listings here average well over three thousand square feet, with capacity from twenty-five to three hundred and rates from roughly $250 to $5,000 an hour.

The mix runs from apartment and photo lofts through event studios, restaurants and rooftops to galleries and clubhouses. It is a common choice for dinners, receptions and shoots that want scale without the foot traffic of SoHo two blocks north — the streets here empty out in the evening in a way that almost nowhere else in Lower Manhattan does.

The buildings are the reason to check details early. Many are landmarked, which constrains signage, rigging and anything attached to a wall or ceiling. Confirm with the host what you are allowed to hang before you design around it.
