The Garment District is where our catalog is cheapest per hour, and it is the one Manhattan neighbourhood where small budgets have real choice. Capacity spans six-person rooms to four hundred, which is a wider band than the price range suggests.

The mix reflects the neighbourhood's working character: this is still a district of showrooms, workrooms and offices, so the spaces are practical rather than decorative. Screening rooms, movement studios and conference rooms sit alongside event lofts. For workshops, training days, castings, recurring team meetings and anything where the room needs to work rather than impress, it is the best value in Manhattan.

Transit is the reason to book here over anywhere else. Penn Station, Port Authority and Grand Central are all within reach, which makes the Garment District the obvious choice when a meaningful share of your guests are arriving from New Jersey, Long Island or Connecticut.
