THIS SPACE IS PERFECT FOR BUSINESS EVENTS, MEETINGS, SEMINARS AND PRESENTATIONS FOR UP TO 14 PEOPLE. There are 4 additional adjoining conference rooms in various sizes for 6-75 people which can be added to your conference room if needed. Rates vary according to the size of the rooms added. Available for small seminars, meetings and presentations. We have 14 comfortable chairs available around a conference table. We are conveniently located only two blocks from Times Square and 4 blocks from Penn Station. There is free street parking every day after 7:00PM and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. There are also several parking garages in our area. Our neighborhood offers a great selection of restaurants, artisan coffee shops, catering options and mainstream brands like Starbucks and Co. Some facts: quiet central air conditioning, with 11ft ceilings . A large 65” smart TV, and ultra-fast 2000 Mbps Wi-Fi internet. Advanced video conferencing equipment (Jobi) is available for rental upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Guest may cancel a booking up to 7 days before event start and will be full refunded. Cancellations made later will be refunded 50% of the booking, up to 24 hours before the event start. Cancellations made later will not be refunded.
