The venue
One of our three premier event spaces, overlooking Union Square in the Flatiron district, Studio 3 is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties and elegant weddings. Studio 3 boasts 13ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing), and an open plan kitchen in a renovated early 20th century building. Our fully operational open-plan kitchen boasts state of the art appliances including 2 ovens, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and electrical stove top (gas stove top available at an additional charge- please inquire).

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 Day
Guest may cancel a booking up to 90 days before event start and will be fully refunded. Cancellations made later will be refunded 50% of the booking, up to 14 days before the event start. Cancellations made later will not be refunded.
