Situated in the heart of Union Square, The De Kooning Studio building was the original home to Dutch abstractionist artist Willem De Kooning. The De Kooning Studio features the artistic moldings and artwork within the space. The space sits on 3500 square feet of prime real estate and extends itself with a 3000 SqFt basement for production needs and storage. The space also comes equipped with a 3000 SqFt outdoor extension fit for private parking and features a separate entrance.
