Lafayette Loft + Rooftop opened its doors in Spring 2025 as a distinctive new meeting and event space in the beautiful NoHo district of Manhattan bringing together thoughtful hospitality, architectural character, and refined design. The venue is the result of a collaboration between the visionary behind Triangle Loft, Karen Genauer, and designer and preservationist Albert Malekan. Housed within an 1849 landmarked building, the space was carefully transformed into a warm, light-filled loft and rooftop oasis that honors its historic setting while embracing a modern, creative spirit.
