The venue
Our newly renovated space is located in a historic factory building in the heart of up incoming Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Our unique property is fully furnished with multiple lounge areas, a full kitchen, bar area, a small stage, and even 2 bedrooms that can sleep 6 for overnight stays. The property is also chalk full of a wide variety of entertainment including: a pool table, a ping pong table, a stage, foosball table, dart boards, vintage Pacman arcade machine, multiple 72" / 98" TVs, and free WiFi. Needless to say, the space is perfect for a wide variety of events and we would love to be considered for yours! Some examples of types of events for the space include, but are not limited to: bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, concerts, family reunions, stand-up comedy shows, fundraisers, and even the option to include overnight stays. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without an extra fee. ***PLEASE NOTE*** More photos will be added over time as the space is still undergoing some renovations. We are happy to have an in person tour of the space until more images can be uploaded.

Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit
Guest pays a non refundable deposit of 25% on the day of booking. The remaining balance is paid 30 days before the event start date. Cancellations will not be refunded.
