NY Penthouse is an 8,000sft venue with 4,000ft indoor space and a 4,000sft roof deck. NY Penthouse is well planted and all inclusive and located in the Chelsea area. A major plus for our venue is that it is completely sustainable minded. We do not allow any single use plastics or one time use decor. Anything that is brought in must be either recyclable or compostable.

Guest may cancel a booking up to 7 days before event start and will be full refunded. Cancellations made later will be refunded 50% of the booking, up to 24 hours before the event start. Cancellations made later will not be refunded.
