Built in 1870, Lightning Society’s five-story SoHo building is a historic cast-iron gem with tall ceilings, light-filled arched windows, and the only ballroom in SoHo. Formerly an Andy Warhol studio, the space carries generations of creative energy and now lives on as a layered setting for connection, culture, and unforgettable moments.
