Our lofts spaces located in the heart of SOHO. There is over 100 feet of combined ground floor retail storefront. The location is perfect if looking for exposure and foot traffic. The loft offers entrances on either the main throughfair with lots of tourists or the more exclusive, mysterious feel of the cobblestone streets. Our ground floor loft space consist of a ground floor retail and lower level totaling 20,000 sq. feet. The loft offers the following amenities:: 16 foot finished tin ceilings Roll in access Floor to ceiling windows on Eastern and Western light Hard wood floors throughout Exposed brick walls Working waterfall feature 1 Cam loc 200 amp located on ground floor 1 cam loc 100 amp locate din the lower level Capacity is max 500 based on clients build out. TPA required. The loft space could be combined with additional loft spaces in the same building. Please see additional links. We have a total of additional 30,000 sq. feet available.
